DeFeo Law Firm is a partnership between two experienced Missouri trial lawyers. With more than 37 years of combined experience in civil litigation, we have focused our practice in personal injury and wrongful death litigation, including motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability, product liability, workplace accidents, and sexual assault cases.

Throughout decades of experience in personal injury law we have learned how important it is to maintain a personal human connection with our clients. We understand that the law can be complicated and it can sometimes be scary to consider bringing a case to court without understanding what you're getting in to. We know how to translate even the most complicated legal jargon into plain English so we can tell you everything you need to know before making a legal decision. We will take our responsibility to representing your best interests extremely seriously, but we got in to this business first and foremost to help people in need; we care about you as a person and we take pride in the compassionate working relationships we've formed with our past clients - we hope to do the same with you.

Dominic DeFeo

The eldest son of Daniel DeFeo, Gregory Dominic DeFeo or just Dom, is a third generation attorney. Following in his father's footsteps Dominic showed an interest in the practice of law at a young age working in his father's law firm as a legal assistant. After spending one summer working for his father he never looked back and since the age of 13 pursued a career as an attorney.

Dominic spent his time in law school preparing for the litigation that would come in his professional career. While in school, Dominic traveled the country competing in mock trials to hone his courtroom techniques. After studying under great trial attorneys cut from the same cloth as Gerry Spence and Max Foust, Dominic hopes to continue that great tradition of zealous representation for his own clients.

Dominic's law practice includes all aspects of both personal injury and criminal defense.
